Open your photo in Photoshop. Extend the width
of your image to be able to draw out the perspective lines.
Go to Image -> Canvas Size
Make the Width about 3 X's wider than
the original width of your photo.
Only change the width size.
Use the Line Tool to extend the perspective lines out
to the right and left sides of your image.
Where the lines intersect will be your vanishing points (V.P.)
Create another "New" layer above your photo layer.
Choose Edit - > Fill
Fill the layer "White"
Turn the visibility of this layer "Off" (the eyeball icon) to trace your image.
Turn the visibility "On" to to see your tracing separated from the original photo.
Take time to make a nice drawing -
Create your 'drawing' on separate layer from your perspective lines.
Let me know if you have any questions.
